Better than comics!

This past Easter, Lisa cooked up a feast for about 20 guests that included lamb, roast chicken, mushroom tart, homemade pasta, and various desserts. I contributed these vegetarian meatballs and something I’ve been threatening to make for years — bread! Both recipes courtesy of my friend Rob. I managed two loaves for our Easter guests, and have made quite a few since. There’s a loaf in the oven even as I type this. Fresh bread — one of my favorite things, and probably more satisfying than any page of anything I’ve ever drawn. I think I would have been happy as a baker.
